1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

As a dropshipping store, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: [7–15] business days

  • Canada: [10–15] business days

  • United Kingdom: [7–15] business days

  • Australia: [10–25] business days

  • Rest of the World: [10–25] business days

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Shipping delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or

  • We offer free shipping on all orders / orders over 50.00 EUR
    ( If this promotion does NOT OCCUR , please send us an email and we will OR refund a PERCENT of your ORDER, or give you a 10.00 EUR promo code )

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a possible tracking information depending on the product(s).

  • Tracking numbers may take [2–7] days to become active.

  • Some international orders may have limited tracking updates.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Petbasics.be is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be paid by the customer.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Petbasics.be not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

  • If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the carrier or supplier.


8. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately due to different supplier locations.

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers for one order.
